Exploring Teachers' Views on the Impact of an Online Distance Learning Course on Their Self-Efficacy Beliefs

This paper reports on an online distance learning course that emphasizes the improvement of self-efficacy beliefs in-service elementary school teachers in teaching biological concepts. The utilizes digital educational content and Open Educational Resources (OERs) focuses interaction, peer support, into environment. In design framework course, we investigated needs took consideration findings other studies. A total 251 were enrolled 142 completed it. Quantitative qualitative data was collected November 2020 through bio-STEBI-A instrument posts forums course. quantitative results revealed both subscales bio-STEBI-A, which also confirmed by ones, underline thus contributing to Recommendations are made for future research.
